Am I missing something, I don't seem to be able to find how often Rotax recommends changing oil and filters on their 912S.

Here the recommendation is at
25, 50, 100, 150, 200 hours, but the 50 hour interval
should be reduced to 25 hours if more than 30% Avgas has
been used for those 25 hours.
Always change the oil filter when you change the oil !

Rotax recommends 50 hours between oil and filter changes if you use
aviation fuel (100LL) for more than 30% of the time and 100 hours if
you use 100LL less than 30% of the time. Even though we use 100LL less
than 30% of the time, we change our oil and filter every 50 hours.
Just as important, if not more so, is the type of oil you use. Like
many motorcycles, the 912 uses the same oil supply for both the engine
and gearbox so it MUST HAVE GEAR ADDITIVES. It also has a clutch so it
MUST NOT have FRICTION MODIFIERS. If you use a lot of 100LL you MUST
NOT use FULL SYNTHETIC oil. Pure synthetic oils do not scavenge the
lead.
I have used California Power Systems AV-9 formulated especially for the
912 but shipping cost is so high, we will be using Pennzoil Motorcycle
Oil in the future, which is one of the oil Rotax has tested and
recommends (semi-synthetic). It is available here locally from the
distributor without a hefty shipping charge.

Thanks for the reply's, where did everyone get their info from? It doesn't appear to be in the Rotax Maintenance Manual.

Thom
Thank you for the referenced info, I am printing out the 106 pages as I type this. Thanks to all that replied regarding the oil changes.
Has anybody been mixing 87 Mogas with 100 low lead to get the octane needed for the 912S and still trying to cut down on the lead content?
