Hello,
What color are original Yak-52 cockpit interior side-panels? Are they
light grey or that aqua-blue color that MiGs used?

Depending on when the aircraft was manufactured and/or overhauled, the interior color can be one of several.
There are several shades of grey to greyish green and then from greyish green to greenish blue.
