can anyone explain how to " flash " a generator on a CJ ?
also does engine oil go to the top bearing on the generator.

If I recall on neither a Housai or M14 does oil lubricate the generator splines or bearings. They are on their own. But I thought there was some difference in the oil seal on a Housai vs an M14? Blackwell would know for sure.
As for flashing the generator, first you get up high on the wing and the you gotta loosen your...
