Does anyone happen to know what diameter ignition cables World Wide Warbird uses for their auto-ignition kits? We are replacing our mag cap and need to ream out the holes.
Thanks!

Mike,
I believe that they are 8.8mm. I have the Worldwide kit on my CJ and love it. Have you ordered the kit or are you trying to put it together yourself? I would atleast order the machined mag plates since they are numbered and are the correct size.

Mikes,
Yes, they are 8.5mm. We sell the kits two ways. Keep your mag caps and we'll send you everything you need. Or send us your mag caps and let us send back a "plug and play" turn-key kit. The machined mag plates are indeed now numbered and made for our wires, and standard with every kit we sell. It is a tight tolerance and no extra sealant is needed. Drilling out the mag caps is a simple process, but don't mess it up....new mag caps are not cheap, or easy to find.
Here are the results....

We do have several sets in stock, ready to go. If anyone has been on the fence now is a good time as there is currently no lead time to get them out.
Feel free to call us any time with any questions or needed support.
Happy Flying,
Barry
