Hi Jim,
The EGTs are balanced mostly by rich and lean mixtures. If your EGTS are high, I’d consider enriching the
mixture by going to the next size main jet. Or, if you are using Bing Carbs, bring the Jet needle up one space
via the circlip holding it. This is equal to 3 jet sizes if enrichment. I fly a Subaru, but the EGT issues are much
the same for all engine carb combinations.
