Hi,
Can anyone tell me how the voice/ID is modulated for a VOR. Is it just plain vanilla AM? I want to bench check my wiring.

VHF Omnirange voice uses plain AM, 30% modulation level.
Wikipedia has a well-detailed description of this and other
VOR technical features.
