For those already flying you know what I’m about to say...,,,, for those building, holy cow, this is one going airplane!

Today I left the comfort of the local airport practice area and began the exploration of my Phase 1 area. I headed out on a 166 nm journey and in 1 hour I was back where I started!! Leveled out and cruising I saw 171 to 173 knots TAS at 4500 ft and 70% power the whole way, rock steady. I was with full fuel, and with about 50 lbs of junk in the trunk.

Yup, the grin never goes away.
It just gets better and better. It is an amazing plane. I wish more flew it before buying a Cessna or Cirrus.

In my regular commute Tuesday I had a good push of a tail wind producing a 203 knot ground speed on 13.2 gph. I was grinning too till my decent closer to the mountain ridges. What a great plane for traveling.

I had the pleasure of meeting Bob today and seeing his beautiful airplane first hand. Luckily, my home airport is within his fly off area. Fantastic aircraft and super knowledgeable builder. Many Thanks...
