Ferry pilot charges?

There are lots of potential ferry pilots listed on Barnstormers (and I know a couple of folks recently posted here).  Can someone please tell me what a ferry pilot typically charges, e.g.:

 

- per hour

- per day minimum

- max # of hours typically willing to fly per day on long trips

- per day if stuck due to bad wx

- other fees?
