It’s official the Minnesota Governor just Signed the Aviation bill Amendment—the Minnesota Recreational Use Statute now includes “non-commercial aviation”! I received this last night from Sen. John Carlson—the Governor he waited a week to sign the omnibus bill.
You can now invite fellow pilots to land on your private strip with out any litigation concerns
