Both runup roughness and idle mixture questions are resolved.  Each mag runs smoothly during runup when done leaned.  Did 3 checks today and all were good.



Mixture test done a idle produced only 30-50 rpm increase as I slowly pulled the mixture to idle cut-off with a warm engine at near sea level.  Checked twice with same result.
