It appears that I had a gear problem right after take off and maybe both were down to some degree.  We now have the airplane on jacks. The emergency system worked fine and the gear was down and locked.  Air pressures normal.  When we retracted the gear both  red lights out…left green light out right green light on  and the weird part was the actual gear position  left gear unlocked about 2” right gear ˝ retracted.   Any air seemed to be  coming from the emergency tank as we did a few cycles the emrg tank pressure decreased . The main tank remained full .  So our problem seems to be no air to retract/extend from main tank.  Trying to work through the schematic we have is pretty challenging.  Any ideas would be much appreciated. I don’t mind reimbursing someone to help my mechanic solve this puzzle if that would help.  I need to get back in the air for a couple of airshows.  Thanks

Gord

Hi Gord,

when you have activated the emergency system you won´t be able to retract the landing gear subsequently. Just empty the emergency tank completely, close the tap and then do a refill to 50 bar and all should be working as usual. Only with this procedure the rubber ball in the respective shuttle valve will shift to the "normal" position.

Cheers
Vic
