Well I did it, set the airplane up at aprox 10 degree climb attitude and
fire-walled the throttle for two full minutes. All the numbers look good
and I have much more confidence in the package. When I make my first
flight this is the attitude or shallower I will climb out at.

To answer yor question, the prop is a warp drive and is set at 8.5 degrees. This gives a static test of 2850 RPM. The engine ran for a full two minutes at full static RPM.
