Sorry about all the repeat postings. I hit the reply button—my bad. Roger, I actually put the fairings on before any flying. I put fairings everywhere, and had a cruise of high 80s with 582, GSC 3 blade. Just the jury struts probably won’t make a difference, but I like the look and it must help a little. The balsa fairings are sooo easy. Ed Gray

Ed, Tell us more about those balsa wood fairings. I read your 1st post and understand how you made them. I am interested in your source, size of purchased piece, cost? Also, how much does your plane weigh?

I agree, they're bound to help. I'm an old model builder from way back. The aileron stock does sound easy, think I'll give it a try.......thanks
