It would probably depend on which 406 with what features. I'm not aware
of standard 406 models triggering for anything but G force.

I have the ACK E-04 and it has a push button on the panel to activate the ELT.
I'll still carry a SPOT though. It's especially useful for water landings (when you drift away) or when you might need to hike out.
Some of the newer variants of SPOT allow for you to connect your cell phone via Bluetooth to send 2-way messages to people on the ground. That's a nice feature to have when you're running late and the family in on the ground worrying about your welfare.

I can also activate mine via a switch that is installed on the panel.

Thats really interesting. In what should i invest nowadays? I want online business, think that it is really good idea. My friends are big fans of gambling.
