Robin,
They are conversion fittings to convert the metric to AN fittings. Most of the US Rubber and Hose companies can supply those. If you can’t find them try Montgomery Rubber and Gasket (at) 334-277-5302. I have a set that I was going to use to convert my Metric to An fitting off the Oil pump on my 50 to remove the sharp bend in the hose coming from the oil pump to the oil cooler.

Robin,
Those are male threaded hose fittings. You need both that ending and the curved AN/Metric female fittings. They come in straight and the 45 deg. Bend you see in the picture. Unfortunately the CRS bug has hit and I do not remember the exact name of the fitting.
