I just found a crack in mine... funny timing with this discussion. This was at about 168 hours, and on the pilot's side.
For those that have experienced these radiator mount failures, have the cracks developed on one side more than the other?

I had the tab that connects to the rubber mount of the rad. break off.
I made tabs out of stainless steel sheet and riveted them on
It is OK after about 50hrs
Good point, Bud, but I'm talking about the thin aluminum bracket that
mounts on the engine block and supports the rubber mounts you speak of. This
thin aluminum fatigue cracks. I've patched it a couple times and in still
cracks.

I just started the annual inspection of my 701 a few days ago and found that the pilot side radiator mount was cracked at the forward most fixture that bolts to the engine. There was no cracking found on the other side of the engine. I have about 260 hours on my plane.
I have a new mount on order. It seems that maybe this part should be beefed up?

I talked to Roger today. He told me they have increased the thickness of the mount. Mine is from the original "vintage" of that style of cowl, about 4 years old.
The replacement costs $48 per side!
Dan - that sounds like exactly the same position as where mine cracked.

John: I ordered one for the other side just in case. The cost hurt some but if that's all my annual costs me I will be happy!
