Hi All, 

For the record I've had a nasty vibration creeping into a good flight at 3000 revs in a 912 uls rotax engine with 1066 revs on the clock. It began to also sound a little rough at idle, but 3000 was the magic number.



After consultation with fellow listers and doing the carb balancing, prop inspecting and re-pitching finally sent gearbox away for inspection. 



New matched gears installed, and I am glad to report that we are running sweetly again at all revs!
