What are the current methods for ground power attachment for battery boost and jumping without removing the rear bulkhead panels?Photos if possible?

Haven't done it yet, but I'm going to mount a Piper receptacle in the rear bulkhead .... accessible through the baggage door.

I have a AMP style connector with #10 wire going to battery and a lead set that plugs into connector in photo. It also
has #10 wire leads that can be hooked to charger or cables. I use it to charge as needed.
2 weeks ago left master on and battery was dead after 2 hours. I jumped the airplane using my connector with
leads from a car. We let it charge with the car for about 3 minutes and then jumped in and it started right up.
Worked great. I was worried with the wire size. It was designed for mainly charging. Small and compact
The DB9 connector is for ADSB programming

I also have yet to do this, but this thread got me thinking that maybe it would be better to put the receptacle on the floor just forward of the bulkhead so you don't have to remove a cover or worry about disconnecting wires when it comes time to pull the bulkhead. The Piper setup seem like a great way to go though since it has a flip cover to protect the connections. Just a thought.

I bought the Piper receptacle from ACS and then wired the male end with welding cables that you can attach to your battery charger and or jumper cables to. Works very well for the minimal amount of money. If you want, I'll be glad to send you a picture. Email me at: jdriggs49(at)msn.com

Hmmm. Lighter and less expensive than the Piper aux power (I think), but not compatible with the standard airport cart. Carrying around your jumper cables may make up the weight penalty. How often do you need to reprogram the ADSB???

I also went the mil-type 3-prong connector mounted next to the battery with an access panel on the bottom of the tailcone.

Here is my setup:
I used the setup proposed by vertical power but used a different plug.
In order to activate it I press the yellow button which lights up when active.
Here is how modified the power socket. Basically you cut off the back part and solder in a bolt to attach the #2 cable.

On the 8A I opted for an umbilical cord right under the belly. This is a standard Piper unit purchased through Spruce. I am embarrassed to say that I have used it many times already in my 8A's 130 TT. I chose to mount it on the belly so that I could get a jump and have someone remove it while my canopy is closed and no baggage doors or anything else open. The receptacle is not too heavy but the plugs do have some heft. I made up two sets of plugs. One I keep in the airplane and one in the hangar. We staggered the wire lengths so the leads don't touch and we kept them short of the ground for obvious reasons. We could have reduced the cable length by 2/3rds and may do so in the future. The plug is directly under the battery so there is minimal internal cabling. I have liked the set up and would do it again.

Realizing it would be very inconvenient to remove the back cabin bulkhead to jump the battery, we installed a Piper-type power plug just aft of the baggage door across from the battery. We used a reinforcing plate, cut shim gaskets out of aluminum and gasket material so it lies smoothly on the outside. We sealed it with silicone. It works well and has saved several quite frustrating efforts to remove the back panel at the most inconvenient times to jump the battery.

Last time we installed an APU plug we made a batch of the doublers.
This is for the big AN connector. It comes ready to countersink and
attach. You just use the doubler for a template.
We're going to put this on the web site for sale but I thought I'd
mention it here first. It works really well. Comes with the heavy
duty doubler plate, hex stand-offs, and fiberglass push-on cover.
I like the APU plug forward of the left door so you can see if it's
plugged in before you taxi away.
Price is $100 plus shipping for the doubler, standoffs, and fiberglass cover.

The rule I have is if you need to jump a battery(s) to start the engine, you need instead to charge the battery(s) so you have it for flight. Considering Odyssey batteries retain ~90% of charge after sitting for 6 months, there is little need to charge other than prolonged ground running of the panel. If you leave a master on and kill the battery, you don’t want to fly until you know it will hold a charge – so again jumping for engine start is not an option.
Most of us are heavily reliant on uninterrupted power to sophisticated panels.
I took the easy way to provide access to connect a battery charger. Photos attached.

I mounted a pair of banana jacks to a bracket attached to the center support behind the aft bulkhead. They protrude forward slightly, thru a pair of small holes in the bulkhead. Attached to the battery via an in-line fuse. For charging only, not jump starting.

I understand the jump start argument, but still think options and flexibility are good.
There is a big difference in risk between night/IFR and day/vfr. Most EFIS systems have independent power backup. Getting stuck where a battery or AC power for a charge is either unavailable or a ripoff might change perspective. A lot of airplanes fly without electrical systems, but a 540 would be a tough and dangerous hand throw. On a really cold day, even with a serviceable battery, a jump boost can mean the difference between success or failure
A jump is much safer if a solo pilot can remain at the controls and the Samaritan just needs to pull the plug and either keep or mail the cables.
