I painted the wingtip on this customers plane. I used the paint code in the logbook for when the plane was painted. It was obviously a lot more gray than the wing. I removed the ELT cover and some access covers. They are all different shades of white and gray. The horizontal on one side is a different color than on the other side. The dorsal is a different color than the vertical. They are close, but not the same. It's an interesting mix of colors.

A skilled painter can spray several colors out of the same can of paint.
