Steve, if you are looking for just the tail WHEEL itself and nothing else... if you run out of luck here, try the Sukhoi parts dealers.
The Sukhoi's, (26,29,31) series use the exact same tailwheel as the YAK-50.

p.s. A number of Sukhoi aerobatic pilots have replaced their stock tailwheel with one made of solid rubber. Stands to reason you could do the same thing on the 50 if you got really desperate.
