Hi Bob,

I've got your book, but I haven't got it with me at the moment - where would I find your advice on 
1. On what devices to use shielded wire


2. Whether to earth one end of the shield or both 
3. How to avoid ground-loops in a system.
I spent a couple of hours last night trawling through back articles but couldn't find anything on the above. I learned lots of other things though :^)
