Will do. Also another 912 builder stopped by and told me Rotax just issued a Service Bulletin for fuel pump replacement. I flew 3 hours to get home but I'm unofficially grounded until that pump is replaced.

Hi Paul,

That bulletin is only a recommendation. You should put a mechanical pump inline and see what the fuel pressure really is and make sure that is the problem, otherwise you may just end up just throwing money at it until you find it. It could be a few other things.

Sounds good. I am planning to check the efis data, gascolator maybe float bowls. However the low fuel pressure spikes are my concern and that sensor is prior to carbs.
