The picture shows a jig which immobilizes the hinge in position for drilling.

My other tip shows cutting bushings and someone asked "what bushings" on this thread showing the hinge drilling jig. FireFly uses bushings cut from 5/16 ID steel tube. They are used where horizontal stabilizer attaches at the back to the elevator and at the top and bottom of the lift struts. Bushings act as spacers on 5/16 bolts.
