We had a short wing piper in the other day - bad rheostat.  We ordered a Micro Dim with the SWP option from Spruce.  This thing went right in and took care of the problem.  The specs on these are here

we had been having a real hard time finding the rheostats.  When we did they didn't handle the lighting very well.  Especially any LEDs.
