Just wondering what size scuba tanks are being used for external air? Does anyone keep a small pony bottle in the aircraft?

I'm using a small 12 liters bottle. It's enough to fill 2 times the main tank.

I keep an AL80 which I dive with as well. I definitely take a pony bottle on trips away from home base and use a AL6 bottle which pretty much gives you one or two good shots at starting.
