Can you supply me with the Specs
1. TBO
2. Fuel consumption
3. Range
4. Load pilot pax fuel
5. Price
6. History, rebuilt, new

This Yak was purchased in 1993 in the crate. The owner assembled it and flew it a total of 50 1/2 hours. This same owner has donated the airplane to our ministry. It has not been flown in 2 years so it needs an annual. We are selling it "as is" with total engine and airframe time of 50.5 hours.

Hello Joe.... my guess is that you've never actually flown this airplane, but please be aware that your airplane has a rate of climb about 1380 feet per minute, not 3000. Also, you might want to read up on the issue of "TBO".
