It seems that there is a Santa Claus! My airplane is back together after about 3 months of mod 78 work. I have attached a picture. I have a three day trip tomorrow, so the first flight should be on Monday.
The aileron quick connects seem to be clear of everything. The CS08 brackets clear everything. I am not sure if the flush screws were definitely needed, but the extra margin helps. It certainly helps in installing the wings. I was able to get them on the airplane by myself, which is a good sign.
The angles all seem correct, as far as I can tell. Just a few more parts left (wheel fairing) and that will make the test flight possible. I ran the engine today and it ran perfectly.
I'm planning a simple flight test. Maneuvers, stalls and a wind-up turn to at least 3 Gs. After that, pull the wings once again and inspect.
I also need to reprogram the airspeed limitations in the Dynon Skyview. Does anyone know what they are? Vmo is 127 knotrs, I think. Anyone know what maneuvering speed is? Top of the yellow?
Our long national nightmare i almost over!

Dave, Did you use NAS 517-2-9 screws for CS08, if so I will take your earlier advice and order -8,-9 and -10.
This blow by blow of yours is great, it needs putting together in a 'how to' to supplement Mod 78.
I also bought a remote camera, as well as being helpful it showed me how much I need to clean up before I fly.
