Lynn, Turned off my computer and finally opened up June issue of Sport Aviation to pg 11. Low and behold there you are gassing up your Kitfox. I guess that's you. It is definitely your Kitfox. No byline to ID you. But it's you. You'd better call your lawyer! EAA publishing a picture without approval.

Hi Pat...
I've been trying to figure out where that shot was taken. Definitely
not Oshkosh, as you cannot refuel yourself up there. I don't
recognize the background scenery. Lawyer, hell, I need all the
publicity I can get. : ) It had to be an early photo, as I was
running the original Sensenich prop...before the black Sensenich, and
WAY before the current Prince prop.
Re the approval, I think the law reads that you don't need approval
if the subject of the photo is doing ordinary things in a public
place. At least that's the code that I went by when I was a photog.
