I have used a paintball SCUBA fill adapter for many years on my CJ. Having a Schrader valve or the stock valve does not matter. Here is an example of the Paintball SCUBA Fill Station:

The knob on the side is a pressure relief valve that allows you to remove the fitting on the aircraft after filling the main air tank.

I changed the hose quick connect on mine to be a standard 1/8 quick disconnect. That way I can remove the hose from the adapter as they fit in the lunch box in the plane better.

I have a Schrader on my CJ. You MUST use the High Pressure 6116 Schrader adapter on the airplane end.

You will need to have a high pressure hose made with a working pressure of 3000 psi (SCUBA tank pressure). I had mine made at a local Caterpillar dealer that has a hose making facility on site. Any place that makes hydraulic hoses can make them. If you don't have one close by, contact me off list and I can have one made here.

Simple, easy to use and the total cost is around $60.
