I am in the process of fitting the forward baffle ramps, and am wondering if anyone has found a more aesthetic method of sealing the ramp to the inlets, without the unsightly rubber seal laying on the ramp, as the plans call for. On my RV8, I set the ramps slightly below the cowl lip, omitted the rubber seals, and have no cooling issues, and an easy to remove lower cowl. Is there anyone who has gone that route with the RV10 that can provide feedback. How about another method that has worked and looks good. Please share with pictures if you have such a solution.

I have no baffle seal material on the front ramps as described. The baffle just nicely tucks under the inlet lip by about 1/16". It's worked very nicely, looks good and no cooling issues.
