A little more input would help. There's one track on the cowl, and
one track on either side of the cabin area. Where is it binding?
Regards,
Tim

Plain old garden variety wax. I have used candle wax bees wax. Works. Take a bar of soap and run some into the tracks.

Check the track with a go - no go gauge, if this is OK - then see if there
is a high spot between the canopy and fuselage with marking blue, also check
if the front slide is running freely ?
