This ad for the Kindig TR-1 is currently running on ebay.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/AIRCRAFT-PROJECT-REGISTERED-EXPERIMENTAL-PREV-FLOWN-KIS-TR-1-A-W-CERT-O-290-D2-/291497904716

Lineage: Brett N., Richard K., Jerry C., Barry H. (TN), Pete R. (MI).

Pete is willing to take a big hit on this bird. It needs love, and is an incredible deal for someone with a little know how, and a need for high performance.

Still available is the Suby powered Moore TR-1 (also in Michigan). George has lost his medical, and the price has been significantly reduced to $22,000 USD.

When all the boomers die will experimental aircraft die too?

Mark,  I am preparing my TR-1 for sale.  It has a 150 O-320 and I'm going to be asking 30 for it. Do you know anyone who would be interested in it?  It is in great condition and running well.  I am working, closing some of the gaps in the aileron and end caps but that is not as much functional as cosmetic.

Hello Jessie,

I do have a couple of people interested in KIS aircraft, and I will forward your information along to them. If you could post or send me a few detailed pictures that would be helpful. We had much interest at Oshkosh last year, and I was able to connect a buyer, and seller for a sale.

I will be at Oshkosh with KIS again this year in support of Aeromomentum Aircraft Engines. I will be getting the word out about KIS, and I will have a list of KIS aircraft for sale. If there is anybody else interesting in selling I will be happy to include your KIS on my list, and I will do my best to sell your aircraft. Foreign owners wishing to sell should also be included on my list as Oshkosh is truly an international affair.

Jessie I would highly recommend you bring your KIS to Oshkosh. There will be literally at least 30% of all pilots (that's a big number considering 50% of pilots are ATPs and many of those guys will be busy flying A & T around) at this one show, and that is a huge opportunity for potiental buyers to see your aircraft in person. We may also welcome have room for you to display you airplane on our spot - #652 in the North Aircraft display area along with all the other kit makers.

I want to also extent an invitation to all of you, KIS owners or not, to stop by our booth for a little shade, a comfy chair to sit in, and a bunch of the best hanger flying on the planet bar none! Last year we had an incredible spot for airshow viewing, and I am sure our new spot will be just as good. So come on down!

MT
