|

Wondered what range of monowheel tyres are used and if any of them are smooth?
I mainly ask as I've made a mould for a 135 degree mudguard in CF that i might small-scale manufacture guards from - and need to be sure that it accommodates tyre profiles other than the 7.00 x 6 McCreary tyre i'm using.
Also wondering if anyone uses a smooth tyre and if they have found that helps with ground handling of the Monowheel?

I have the original tundra tyre, knobbly. It rubbed a bit and squeaked but even though I bought a new posh one its as yet unfitted.
A mud guard could be good. My strip can get a bit soft with the odd mole hill.
