Tried to get in contact with mr. Holoubek, Woodcomp in Czech via mail, cell and phone without result - http://www.woodcomp.cz/#contact
Anoyone who knows more than I do … ??

Can't help you. I sent 5 emails a few weeks ago requesting urgent help. Had zero
replies. Useless customer service. His secretary answered one saying he was on
holiday.

It must be more like a 6 week break.In any case, why don't they have an automated email reply informing customers ? And why would the secretary be working ? On a previous occasion I had to involve the Commercial Attache at the Czech Embassy.

Sorry, for not have given an up-date on my engagement with Woodcomp.
The day after I wroter here in the forum, Mr. Holoubek from Woodcomp contacted me and there have been lots of mails between Woodcomp and me sine then.
Woodcomp have been closed due to holliday. First holliday since January ...
Mr. Holoubek have bred very accommodating and I am sorry that I did not inform you of the devolopment in the case.
