At 80% rpm and 80 mp, what should the fuel pressure be? Mine is at the bottom of the green arc at about .2? It seems like it used to be higher? Any one know about this?

Fuel press. operating range 0.2 to 0.5 Kg./ sq. cm. (approx. 3 to 7 psi).
Min. idle 1.5 (2 psi)
These are Huosai numbers which I believe are the same for the M14 but can't
confirm at this moment.
0.2 Kg/sq. cm. is actually just slightly under 3 psi and is indeed low for a
high power setting. I assume you mean 80% at 800 mm/hg rather than 80?
I would expect to see about 3.5 (5 psi) for cruise and above.
Very easy to adjust press. relief valve but first ensure there is no
evidence of leakage. Unless the pump is very high time (high wear) should
take only
a small adjustment to correct. Worth checking the relief valve spring
condition for possible corrosion damage.

It took two fixes. The first item I discovered was "loose" bolts holding the fuel pump onto the accessory case. Each bolt took at least one full turn to tighten. After tightening these bolts, I then gave the fuel pressure screw one full turn. That raised my pressure from .18 to .3, which is right in the middle of the green arc! Mission accomplished. Thanks for the help.
