I set up the doors and they open and close fine...nice tight fit and flush.

Without the seal.
With the seal (without transparency) i have to lean most of my weight down to get the shoot bolts in.  This is obviously going to be hard with the windows in and my concern is not engaging the rear bolt by mistake causing the door to depart.
Had anybody had the same problem?  I am thinking of finding an alternative seal.
Will

Had exactly the same issue. The doors were nearly impossible to close from the outside, totally impossible from the inside. Found out though that if you leave them locked for a few weeks, the seals settle and compact. No problem now! Will still bolt a wooden knob on the inside back to be able to pull the back end in.
