Poked around a bit in the residual components
and assemblies from other tasks. Ran across this
4-relay assembly that already has driver couplers
and transistors. This board could be combined with
the timer board (sans drivers) to get you
75% of the way to video switching Nirvana . . .

You'd need to box the thing up with connectors
to mate with your external components. I'd probably
fabricate a box about 3.5 square by 1.0 thick with
a d-sub connector on it.
