Several people have wondered recently how to resize pictures for the Kolb List. This little program is the easiest I have seen:

After you install it, it sort of hides and waits until you want to use it. To use it, right click the picture you want to resize, and it pops open an option box with several sizes you can resize to. For instance, the pictures Jim Powell posted in the FAA Inspection thread were resized to Medium, and all of them are less than a meg in size.
