I have my first auto plug engine on my CJ6, what is the recommended spark plug gap?

If you have a M-14P with stock pistons on your CJ, something additional to consider is running the extended depth BPR6HS NGK plugs with the gap set at 0.020 as Dennis has recommended. Most are using the more standard NGK BR6HS plug which has the bottom of the ground electrode essentially flush with the cylinder head wall. Using the BPR6HS allows the plugs to be less prone to fouling with oil. Attached is an image showing the two plug models. The BPR6HS is what I use in my CJ. The extended depth spark plug is not recommended with OEM pistons/gapless rings used to increase horsepower as these pistons have a different profile.
Hope this helps.
