Troops,
Here is a tentative schedule for the week as I know it. Herb may be able to add something I've forgotten.
Sunday 23 rd
Most arrivals
1800 WB picnic at OSH.
Note OSH closes at 2000 each day.
Monday 24th
1300 MTW>OSH briefing
1430 in cockpits
1440 start engines.
1500 TO from MTW
1530 Mass WarBird Arrival during show.
(note: GIBs OK for this flight only)
(note 2 these times are tentative)
1630 brief for OSH>MTW
1730 Takeoff >MTW (GIBs OK)
1900 Memorial Dinner at MTW
Tuesday 25th
1030 takeoff for OSH
1130 First timer briefing.
1230 Airshow briefing
1530 fly airshow (no GIBs)
1900 Picnic at Basslers
Wednesday 26th
No airshow for us. open day.
Thursday 27th
0900 Checkpilot meeting.
0930 FAST Board meeting.
0900 Forms for WB groups
No airshow for us. open day.
Friday 28th.
1230 Airshow briefing
1530 Fly the WB airshow (no GIBs)
1830 Picnic in WB area
Saturday 29th
1230 Airshow briefing
1530 Fly the WB airshow (no GIBs)
1800 EAA WB awards dinner at OSH
I hope this is a planning help. I'm looking forward to a very busy fun times RPAer. Let's show them what we can do.

The only thing I would add is - Some arrivals Friday and Sat to MTW/OSH - with practice formation flying in MTW Sat/Sun.
Saturday cookout MTW small scale with the local EAA chapter - no comanches this year.
Monday at MTW - Jurgis is supposed to fly - does anyone have this confirmed and a time?
Monday evening Maritime Inn - Manitowoc - MemoriaL Dinner for Rodger.
Monday afternoon Sergei will arrive. He will fly with those who have indicated the desire on Tues Wed Thurs - Possibly Fri morning.

Here is a tentative schedule with changes. NOTE the time for the Memorial Dinner. Also note that we will be the "low group" at the Saturday show. We need a good presents for that.
