Hi Kingsley,
That depends a bit on the geometry of your gas struts With respect to the hinges but I refilled mine a couple of years ago to about 65 bar. You can have them charged to a higher pressure then let out a bit of gas until you find the right pressure.

I should have stated that the gas strut geometry on the Europa in
question is the original Classic style low down on the door.
