Hi and happy new year.
On my PZL TS-8, I have a K-14WN (WN is for the WN-3 engine), that is exactly the same carb than on the Wilga, Yak-12/18A, PZL Gavron, etc (K-14BP) and the Nanchang QHQ-14A.
This carb was overhauled but since that, it is worth than before and after checking all from ignition (lot of new parts), I am on the way to change the carb.
Difficult to find a brand new K-14 or modify an AK-14 for manual mixture (I do not know if it is possible), I am thinking about the QHQ-14A that can be bought new.
Just for my information and as I cannot find them, do you have the data's of the QHQ-14A carb?
Like that :
Mixing barrel diameter
Venturi diameter
Suction jet diameter
Idle air jet diameter
Inlet air jet diameter
Fuel jet diameter
Profile number of the atomiser jet needle

Hi Jacques
Have you tried looking in the CJ6's engine manual for data regarding the carb?
I think all the manuals are available on Doug's website here:

Page 177 onwards

Hi Harv,
Thanks for the info and your help.
After page 177, nothing until page 185...and then just part numbers.
I did not find any data.

No, there is no data there – but I suspect this is because the book is
volume 4, and the data is probably in a different book!

Book #4 is the engine parts book, you need to be looking in Tech Spec for Service and Maint.
Am in Seattle today for another round of chemo so I can't be of much help.
