Daniel,
Intake drains are simple to make, lots of variations in the fleet. I used double bulb seal of EPDM for rear canopy seal. Hardware store stuff.
Cabin heat is depends on which type of exhaust manifold you have. Everybody has to replace the stock system at some point, they just don't last. The heat muff should be on the left side so that the hose can be routed through the firewall under the row of cable pass-throughs.

DanielYou did not mention if the engine in the plane your looking at is the Housai or the M14P
I have attached a link that is for a company in Florida that does some M14P mods. They may work fine on a Housai.. I have no experience with the original Chinese engine on the CJ.
These guys put M14P engines in there version of the Pitts aircraft.
Hope this helps

Hello everyone. Used to have a CJ, sold and looking at another one right now for purchase. Curious about a couple mods I haven’t been able to find info on. Does anyone still make any sort of clean kit for them? Oil shutoff valve or intake tube drains? Honestly more concerned about hydraulic locks than “clean.” What about the seal for the rear canopy? How about some sort of cabin heat system? Thanks!
