Hi All,
While we are in lock down here in the UK i would like to do something useful for my Yak 18T. I need to make or find some of the transparencies for my aircraft. Most of the curved surfaces are in good shape but the flat windscreens are pretty well shot. So my question is does anyone have any templates for the front screens for the Yak18T.

I'm sure you can get the Perspex from Termikas in Lithuania.

They would have to make them. I can use the original parts and create some CAD models and get them lazer cut but if anyone had some templates i could skip that step. The aircraft is 2000 miles away at the moment!

Termikas certainly used to keep all the Perspex sections for the 18 T in
stock. But I know they have all the formers and jigs, and I'm sure could
produce new ones very quickly.
It's worth saying that it is well worth getting the side windows with a
slightly convex shape – i.e. a bulge outwards, which greatly reduces the
"drumming" that the standard Perspex can cause!
