Did anyone address just how and where to service the Chinese compass unit on the Nanchang? I think Justin and Walt were batting that back and forth. I tinkered with mine (and examined a spare that I have) and I can't tell if it actually has compass fluid in it, or where in tarnation you'd put it. Any suggestions?

Epilogue to my tachometer troubles...
After chasing wires and cleaning connections, I finally disassembled &
thoroughly cleaned my hitherto-exposed cannon plug on the Chinese tach
generator in the engine compartment.
Redressing the wire run and c.plug with oil resistant tape, it's run like a
champ for the last 4 flights.
Fwd and aft gauges in perfect synch.
So, I'm calling the system fixed.
Thx for all the inputs-

I replaced mine with a US unit for that very reason.
