Hello,
I checked my propeller and I noticed a 5mm track on a blade. The plane was built in 2008, 300 hours, and is powered by a 912s, constant speed, warp drive propeller. Their tolerance on tracking is 1/8-in (3.175mm).
What do you think about it, and what should I do ?
Warp drive reply to me that they don’t manufacture adjustable hub, so is it from europa aircraft?
Thanks

Dont think Europa made propellers. Someone else might know otherwise. I would suggest pulling a DTI on the gearbox output shaft to see if thats bent. The info will be in the Rotax manual's. Has it had a prop strike?

If it is a constant speed prop from Europa company with Warp Drive blades it is almost certainly an Airmaster and you should be able to get more info on tolerances and service from their website or indeed by contacting Europa who are their UK agents. David Joyce, GXSDJ

Alternatively, for a super speedy and knowledgable response contact Dirk Oyen dirk.oyen1(at)telenet.be who is the reseller for Europe.

Yes thanks, He contacted me. But it was mistake it’s not a constant speed.
I know the warp drive tolerance, about 3,76mm, but I don’t know which hub is mounted on the europa for non constant speed propellers
