i'm refering to "weight and balance" ... i weigh 250 lbs and obviously i don't want too much weight in the front..

It all depends on how much your plane weighs ready for flight. Empty
weight, and the difference of 750 pounds. I believe the gross weight for
the Firestar is 750.
It will still fly at that weight, but performs like a cub. That assumes
that you will fit in the seat.

If you have the empty CG location, the fully loaded W&B should be a straight forward calculation. Then all you need to know is the CG envelope.
IF you don’t have a current W&B about all you can do is re-weigh and do the calculations. You can do empty and gross weight or just empty and do the math to get to Gross CG. However, you still need to know the proper CG envelope measurements from Datum Line. I can provide that information for a Firefly but not a FireStar2. Hopefully you have the manual with that info.
