At what TT have builders experienced any problems with the exhaust? cracks? +
Are the heat muffs and tubes removable without removing entire exhaust system?
Any knowledge of what the inside structure of the last 18 inches of the system?

The last 18” have the heat muff on the outside of the exhaust pipe. The last 24” are removable. The entire exhaust system comes off quite easily.

Heat muff covers are easily removable, allowing inspection of the underlying exhaust structure for cracks. Last 18 - 24 inches of exhaust system can be visuallized with borescope.
