A t 1200 hrs lost the head of an exhaust valve.economy tuning kit factory installed, head temps running below 300,exhaust temps near 1400f shell 15w50 ,100LL since 180 hrs.prop full throttle 3250 cruise 2800,Aircraft ,Kolb MK3c Sensenich wood prop.

Hi
I have just produced an e-manual ‘Building the Jabiru Engine from Crankshaft Up’. This is a pictorial manual showing the build of a Jabiru 4-cylinder engine.
The purpose of this e-manual is to identify the main components and where they are located in the engine and it is aimed primarily for an owner who has recently acquired an engine and wants to know about the inside. While it is not intended to be a build manual, the build sequence will also be of interest to owners working on their engines.
