Thanks for your kind offer. In my part of the world, owner maintenance is pretty limited so it will be going to our maintenance organisation for the work.
I’ll try Jill if I have no luck locally.

If you don't mind sharing your experience after the work is done I would love to hear how it went.
(I forget how spoiled we are over here sometimes... I can't imagine having to just write a check every single time it gets touched)

You can get the seals, new valve and piston rings top seal from China easily enough. Probably less than a few hundred dollars with freight all up. I just overhauled one as a spare that was flat .. easy job - as long as you find the locking grub screw first .. getting the centring collar off / on is pretty simply too .. so far mine has held pressure sitting in shed last few months ..
